I had a car loan through a finance co. I was late on my payments (90+ days) and they came and got the car. I called the next day and arranged to get the car back. They wanted $1000 and then I was to continue my monthly payments for the duration of the loan. I did, made my last payment 1/01 and still own the car... On my EQ report through PG, and only through PG, it's listed as a Repo? Is this right? I disputed w/EQ as "never late". I'm sure it will come back verified, as I was always late on this loan. It was a bad time in my life. I will try "goodwill" if this doesn't work. Just wondering if this can be listed as a repo, legally (I'm in Oregon)?? Does it matter? Does anyone notice all their collections on PG reporting as charged off? All mine say they're c/o, but the CRA's don't report them that way. WTF??? Also, I have collections on TU through PG that don't show on my real TU report. What's the deal?? TIA!!!
