I just used it with no problems! But that brings up a question I've had. Do the CRA actually make changes on the weekend? I haven't seen any changes come through on Saturdays or Sundays! Any evidence either way?
Yes the CRA's do make changes on Sat. & Sundays. I just checked Credit Expert and had a change. I have see it several times over the past year.
Just realized you are talking about Privacy Guard which is not a CRA. They may not update on weekends.
I've been trying to pull my tri-merged PG report since last night (Sat 12 am) and all day today Sunday and I have had no success... I'm in L.A., CA... maybe it's different in other parts of the country? Anyhow, I'm waiting until past midnight (Mon. 12 am) to pull again. Hopefully the PG system will be operational by then! On Sat 4/12, my Ex CR was updated, some neg TL were deleted, so I want to see how it all looks on PG. I hope that Sundays will not always be a problem on PG... I kind of remember that the error message on PG did state that there were "technical problems," that the reports had been pulled but they could not be displayed, something like that... Just got off the phone with PG C/S and according to the "tech" dept, there were no problems on Sunday with the service! I said I was not able to pull my reports, so he assumed something might have been wrong with my individual acct, and he began to ask me questions (I think he was trying to deflect attention away from PG and onto me). I interrupted him and said, what is the purpose of asking all these questions? There is nothing wrong with my account info! As a matter of fact, my fiancee also tried to pull her reports, but she also received an error! The tech rep played it "cool." No, there was nothing wrong with the system on Sunday that he knew of... WHATEVER! I was able to pull my reports today, thank goodness! If this happens again any time soon, I will not let them off so easy!
