Have any one ever sign up for this service on a trial basis and found out durning the trial they gave your information to another company (Shopper's Advantage) without your consent. That's what happen to me what shoud i do? They are denying that they gave my cc info to them.
Credit card companies do that...(BUT NOT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION)... Just your name and address and/or E-MAIL address to send you an offer...
I had the same thing happend with PG, except that my information was given to consumerinfo.com and they charged my cc $80 for credit monitoring. When I called consumerinfo, they claimed that they didn't have anything to do with PG but the rep stumbled on her words quite a few times. The date & time she claimed that I signed up for consumerinfo.com was exactly when I had signed up for PG. I demanded that the cc charge be reversed and they did so. The rep was quite nasty. I do still have PG and all of the inq's that show up are from consumerinfo.com so they do work together, I think they were just trying to get their money twice. Good luck! paw67
