Here is the skinny....I have been paying a CA that has not been reporting to my CR since January. I pay them $100 per month. It is for a private loan that I had through my university. After paying for several months, I mailed them a validation request (due to extra charges they have added). It is past the thirty day mark and they have not responded. What should my next step be and should I continue to pay them even though they are not validating the debt for me?
