I am looking at my PRIVISTA report, specifically under collections where I have several paid collections listed. However, the paid collections only list half or a partial account number with the collection agency. for example: "A collection in the amount of $1 has been reported by Pierce Hamilton and Stern Inc, on mm/yyyy. The account number is ##XXXX" The # is where the bits of the account number remain and the "X" is what is reported. How can I accurately dispute these items and ask for removal if I do not get the full account number?
