    I sent Privista an email yesterday regarding the delay in updating. They just responded and finally updated also. Here is their email.



    We apologize for the delay in the weekly update to your Privista account.

    Equifax is experiencing some internal issues which have delayed the delivery
    of the weekly update. However, we have received the updates, and you should
    receive your weekly ID Guard alert email shortly. Once you have received the
    ID Guard alert email, please log into your account to retrieve any current
    alerts or to view any changes that have been reported to your credit file.

    If you do not receive your ID Guard email or have any further questions
    about your account, please do not hesitate to contact us.
