How is Privista? As far as, alerting you to changes and how soon do you get your free report? And was it a pain to cancel the service?
They lag at least a week behind with the reports. The alerts seem accurate though. I haven't canceled yet so I can't say how tough that is )
Thx for the info...duely noted. Anyone know of a good monitoring service.....I have used creditwatch (used free days...canceled) and used experian (used free days .... canceled).... Just looking for another special ......Any thoughts or suggestions??? Not ready to pay fee yet.
I found privista always matched my actual equifax report. no lag for me. I cancelled when Equifax changed there credit watch to be unlimited. No problem there. But I never tried to cancel while using the trial.
My husband and I both had the lag of 1-2 weeks and the scores were not even close (by about 30-40 pts) from the actual report. I actually cancelled them today after 2 years for me and 1 for hubby.
