Privista is trying to screw me out of two weeks reports. I received an email from them advising that if I didn't want to be billed for another year, I should cancel my account. So, since my account was supposed to be thru 3/17, I cancelled online today, only to find that they cancelled my account today instead of the 17th. I sent them a couple of emails, and in the process they sent this phone number. I know that previously you could not find a phone number on their site, so here it is folks....call them and tell them they suck! 1-877-926-8859 Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM EST I spoke to customer service and was told there was nothing I could do short of re-registering and going thru the billing and cancellation process...so I told the customer service rep that I was going to go to this board and tell everyone that they tried to cheat me out of two weeks, and he said he would contact tech support and TRY to get me my two weeks....I'm not holding my breath! Anyway, I'm thru with Privista!
