has anyone ever had this problem with privista? i got a referral from a creditnet member (thanks patrick) and subscribed to credit insight at privista on 2/6/03.

i can retrieve my credit report (when the sight's not down) but i've been trying since my first login to get my FICO score to work. i've email support twice and called four times. not only does support seem clueless but they seem like they could care less about me not getting a service for which i've signed up?!

so, today i get this automated email:

Thank you for ordering your FICO Credit Score and Equifax Credit Report from Privista.

We are sorry, but while we are able to access your Credit Report, we are unable to fulfill your FICO Credit Score order at this time. If you have questions about your order, please call us at 877/926-8859, 8am - 5pm EST, Monday-Friday. Or e-mail us at CustomerSupport@privista.com.

If you would like to view your Equifax Credit Report, you may still purchase it by visiting My Account at the address just below, and purchasing a Single Credit Report from the list of available products.

We regret any inconvenience and look forward to serving you.

    Sincerely,

    The Privista Team

WHAT THE *&@%!!! Has anyone else had this problem? So now they're saying that they're just not going to bother to fix it? I subscribe to credit insight 'cause it was a good value with the referral - primarily for the FICO score! Any reason why they aren't able to pull my particular FICO? Does this make sense to anyone? Are Privista usually this slimy?

    Hmmmm...

So can you access credit insight but not credit score?

I signed up for the regular Privista/credit insight and then took advantage of a upgrade to include scoring for $0. It said it would last 12 months but only let me pull it once and then said it would ended after 30 days. My guess is the upgrade was in error to begin with. I haven't called or talked to them but was thinking of it. 29.95 for access to the EQ credit reports for 12 months is a very good deal so I am not real worried about it.

I thought it was only me! I've had the service for almost a month now and am ready to cancel!

Everytime I go to "Credit Score" it just says that the service is unavailable. Had a heck of a time even getting to logon- kept getting error messages for the past week!
