   Bkev, Others have found this as well. Contact Privista and demand they change this to a soft inquiry.
   
   As GEORGE says, no hard inquiries when you request your own credit! EVER!
   
   Maybe someone who had the status changed has a contact name or # to help you correct this. Good Luck.
