I've used CreditCheckTotal for years to pull my 3 reports on a pretty much daily basis. Whenever I saw a problem, I would just click on the links to the dispute areas of the CRA sites. I log in, and I'm presented with my newest report (which I just pulled through creditchecktotal) and I can dispute whatever I want. But for the last week, I've been trying to start a new online dispute on TU but it will only show my report from 11/18 which expires on 12/18. In other words, I'm pulling a new report from TransUnion through CreditCheckTotal (I know for a fact that it's not re-pulling the 11/18 report because the info that I disputed on that one is now corrected) but when I jump to the TU dispute site, it won't display the new report. I'm stuck looking at the report that I already disputed from 11/18 and all I can do with that is look at the dispute results. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know a solution?
Sorry, I haven't heard about similar problems, but it just sounds like a system glitch to me. Have you tried submitting your online dispute separately, instead of clicking through from creditchecktotal to TU's site?
