DH had a dispute with Experian. CRRR date stamped 2-27. we waited ... nothing from Experian. So we sent out a 30-day letter on 4-12. CRRR on 4-14. Yesterday (4-15) we get the original results -- -- report date is 3-24. -- postmark is 4-14 (!!!) -- two things deleted, one verified, one "already been investigated." So they have my letter saying they didn't reply within 30 days ... technically, I guess if the report date is 3-24 it was within the 30 days. But they didn't sent the results until 4-14, clearly more than 30 days. What will happen to my 30-day demands? Will they just be ignored? The one account that has "already been investigated," I was sending them new information --which is a whole other issue. Anyone been in a similar position?
