Hello everyone.. I don't know if anyone has experienced this before. But I Have a 1st premier Secured Visa and My past credit limit on it was 1350.00 and I wanted to boost my limit up to 1700.00 and I went to Western Union and filled out a Quick Collect and put First Premier Bank and then Increase SD just like the rep told me to. Instad it gets applied as a payment. I did this transaction on the 11th of this month and they still have not corrected it. My balance is real low and because of this.. It looks as if I did an overpayment. Every time I talk to a rep they say it will be resolved in 24 hours. What should I do? Thanx in advance.
Oh wow! I've never heard of anything like this!! I would send a regular payment when it is due anyway. Maybe someone else has had experience with this. breeze
I don't have experience with this..but don't reps have supervisors so you can go to the next step up?? (and the next, the next, the next..if necessary?)
