Hi, A couple questions.... credit informed sent me a credit report from experian saying that all my inquiries were removed and I now don't have a credit score... They showed me the inquiries that were removed, and they were my credit cards, my student loans, and some that are not even mine! I called them and they said that my report were mxed with someone else, that's why I have inquiries that arent mine... I called experian and the lady gave me the you don't have credit history to get a score, and I was going crazy because of course I don't when someone erased it without my knowledge!! My once beautiful score of 700 is now 0. What should I do?? It's not my fault they mixed me with someone else.
Have you checked all 3 of your credit reports through annualcreditreport.com? Before you do anything, you'll want to make sure that you're dealing with the same situation on both your Transunion and Equifax reports too. I find it hard to believe that your entire credit history was completely wiped out, but I guess stranger things have happened. If you have been a victim of ID theft, you may want to also contact Experian and place a fraud alert on your credit reports until you figure everything out. They should automatically notify the other bureaus for you as well.
