Has anyone else had this problem.... I have a CC account that has been open in good standing and reporting for over a year now. I just pulled my truecredit report this morning and this account is now gone from the transunion report. So I called transunion and they stated to me that the account is on my credit report. I told the gentleman that it has just dissappeared from truecredit, and he just stated over and over again that the account is on my report. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Should I call them back again or just wait and see if it ever comes back on the report? Thank you for your input.
