Hubby had two sears accounts that were discharged through BK-7 in 98. Never had a problem with the way they were being reported until a few months ago with EQ. (Now this is with just one of the accounts) A few months ago it suddenly changed from "included in BK" to a charge-off. I disputed it and it came back as "included in BK. Then the next month same thing happened all over again. Now its happened again this month. I'm assuming it must be from a monthly tape their running. I'd like to try and get the account deleted, any suggestions?
I am having a problem with Sears as well. Disputed with EQ. It went from R5 showing 120+ days past due, to a chargeoff R9, back to a R5 with 33 unknown 90 day lates.
