Hello, Yes, I just posted the novel, but forgot to ask... Has anyone else had problems with CTX Mortgage? I just got off the phone with them. I was talking to a customer service manager. She said that on their system, it shows that our mortgage was going to be reported 90 days late in August, but then it was corrected because of their mistakes and noted that it would not be reported because it was not late. Then the manager says that she can't change it, but I need to talk to the Collections Manager. I'm waiting for her call back. How frustrating!!!!!
GET THEM TO SEND A LETTER SAYING YOU WERE NEVER LATE AS OF THIS DATE DUE TO THEIR ERROR!!! And also they MUST notify the CRA'S that you were NEVER LATE!!!
