I don't know if anyone can help but, I am having a problem with a debt collector, they are sending me to arbitration and said it was in my contract but, my original contract was with another company not with the company they say they are representing it was bought out by. I have sent them a letter saying I refuse to do arbitration and sent them a second letter asking for validation of the debt. In my letter I also asked them for proof of my signature and told them they had 30 days to respond or I would consider it a default can this be considered a binding letter tomorrow will be 30 days and still no response?

    sincerely, curlyQ
