Did you try Netbank? Before I started our credit repair, they refinanced us.. went from a 30 year to a 15 year loan. Andwe had a bunch of late mortgage payments.

    Their address is http://www.netbank.com

Our credit (I believe, I hadn't yet pulled our reports when we applied) was probably in the low to mid 600's.

That's what I was referring to - a home equity loan. Netbank may be able to help you with such.

Sorry for the additional post but I probably didn't explain it very well. We had equity in our home which allowed us to refinance our exsisting mortgage into a home equity loan with a much lower rate.

FYI heard conseco is really easy for refinance. They are an affiliate of the lending tree company.
