Can a procedural request be filed online or does it have to be done crrr or via phone?

I disputed 5 UNPAID medical collections accounts as "not mine" . 3 came back verified the othe 2 were duplicates and one disappeared and the other now says PAID ... I never paid it

So from my research it seems I should now ask for a procedural request...this is the correct logic, right?

    Bosslady7,

Which CRA did you dispute these items with? Experian has been giving me one hell of a time with 4 trade lines. I was fortunate to work with 2 of the creditors that corrected their entries. However, the 2 remaining entries came back as verified by the OC and Experian has refused to reinvestigate.

I sent them a procedural request letter CRRR giving them 15 days to respond. They did respond within the specified time frame stating that they would not reinvestigate, a very general description of their procedures and included a copy of my credit report.

I'm getting ready to send a follow-up letter to Ms. Hughes, whom I've heard is descent to work with.

I was disputing with equifax. I have not as of yet filed a procedural request. I thought they had to be specific as to how it was verified not vague or general. I do not plan to redispute these anytime soon.

But I am confused and upset that someone changed an unpaid to collection to a paid, when I don't even know for sure it's mine, yet.
