Okay all. It's been 16 days since EXP received my procedure request. Today I got something in the mail from them. It just had a report # on it and a standard letter they send off when you dispute. I checked and they did not start a new investigation. But what is my next step? I suppose I need to give them a couple more days to respond to the request. But what should I expect to receive? I've heard EXP is notorious for ignoring procedure requests. Please any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
I'm curious too..Exp has 2 days left to provide me w/ a procedures report. I'm assuming they have to delete if they can't provide it within the 15 days? I'd like to hear if anyone had any success getting them to delete this way.
They only send a standard report telling you what their verification process is, not who they spoke to or anything. They won't delete either. I've been thru it, they suck!
Good question...aren't they required by law to delete if they can't provide a procedures report?! I swear, if they don't delete those 2 items, I WILL sue them. I know for a fact that they didn't do a proper investigation when I disputed.
