I sent a procedure request to EQF and got a letter that they needed proof of ID (standard computer generated one)

Does this give them extra time to send results? How much??

CMRRR- they recieved on 3-17 wondering when I should expect response.

    Thanks

Ignore their request for ID. If they fail to provide the procedural request within 15 days from when they received it you have another violation.

OK, been waiting since 3-17 and they haven't responded. Just signed up with Privacyguard and it is not even listed as being disputed.

Have they ignored me?? Do I send a repeat request for procedures or something else?

Curious about adding the line "this is not a request for a re-investigation, only for procedures of previous investigation" Do I want them to reinvestigate or not?

Stinkin' CA, I just called them to see if the CRA have actually contacted them for these validations. She looked me up in 5 seconds and gave me 3 dates of contact by the CRA's

    DAMN good record keepers!!

Any advise, it is for a local phone bill a little over a yr ago, $175 paid.

I just called Experian for a procedural request and the rep had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for the contact info and she said the address on my report covered my request! I don't get it. I guess I will use snail mail this next time and wait the 15 days.
