PMS is a collection agency for MCI. They sent me a bill stating I owe MCI 697.00 but the bill states 498.00. I sent them letter for validation and they sent me the actual bills from MCI. There are no additional charges added, however there is a statement saying if the bill is not paid by set day, additioanl fees will be added. Is this enough for a proper validation. I'm not denying that I owe MCI, I'm just concerned about the additional fees?
It depends on your contract if you have to pay late fees, etc. I would have to say if they sent you all your bills, your signed applicaton, thats proper validation. I am sure someone else on this board will disagree and recommend you sue though. Might want to try a C&D so you only have to deal with MCI.
I don't have the actual contract with signature. I applied for MCI over the phone. Should I ask them to send me a copy of my contract.
tinaboo | rocket1977 ========= Where is the account history? How did we come up with 2 different balances? What fees when how many and for what? Are the charges and credits correct on each and every bill?? Any math errors? THE END ** *** **
