Earlier this week there was a post regarding promotional inquiries on your credit report. When the idea for opting out hit the board about 4-6 months ago, I took advantage of it. Today I began to dispute promotional inquiries on Experian. I just received my results, no more than 6 hours later. ALL PROMOTIONAL INQUIRIES THAT I DISPUTED, THE ONES OVER 1 YEAR OLD, WERE DELETED. I have the confirmation from Experian and I have just checked my credit report. Whether or not this will have an impact on my score, I do not know YET. Good Luck
