Is sending a cease and desist letter by fax considered to be an appropriate method of delivery confirmation? I sent a C&D letter via a working fax # of a CA and have the printout that shows they recieved it or that it went through at least. What do you all think?
Personally, I have always sent things like c & d, validation etc, by certified mail. If sent by fax and you have confirmation, it probably is fine, but I would want to cover myself and send it certified also. Unless money is a big issue with anyone, I would send certified.
