Cavalry Portfolio Services 7 Skyline Dr 3RD fl Hawthorne, NY 10532 On April 12, 2007, I received a letter from your company saying that I owe 3017.82. In that letter it said that if I disputed the debt within 30 days of receiving this letter that you would provide verification of the debt. I sent a letter certified mail that was received on 4/23/07. I did not receive any verification from your office, I then sent another letter asking again for verification that was received 6/11/2007. Your company continues to report this account on my credit report without being able to validate. I want this account removed from my credit report.
Give them a deadline as to when they must remove the TL from your report....or else (whatever "else" is, is up to you).
