Properly referencing a case

    For example, I know the proper reference for the following case is:

    Cahlin v. General Motors Acceptance Corp., 936 F.2d 1151, 1156 (11th Cir. 1991);

    However, what does 936 F.2d 1151, 1156 refer to?

    For instance, in:

    Cushman v. Trans Union Corp., 115 F.3d 220, 222 (3d Cir. 1997).

    When I pull up the entire case at:

    http://vls.law.vill.edu/locator/3d/Jun1997/97a1610p.txt

    I don't see any reference to 115 F.3d 220, 222. Where does this come from?

    I assume F.3d means Federal 3rd District but 115 and 220 and 222?

    Where do you locate the "Volume of the Reporter?"

    A legal library?
