Once they tell you that your account is eligible for a gold card how long does it take for you to receive the card. I receive my increase already but not the card.
I called them about a week ago - they removed my annual fee and upgraded me to gold "privileges." I'm not sure if that means a new card or it's just that, an upgrade to the existing card.
I got an upgrade offer from them in December of 1999. As I recall it took about three weeks total counting from the day I mailed-in the offer.
