Thanks for the info. RE: 1000 increase for 99.00. I called retention and the rep gave me his extension number to call back as soon the 99.00 is billed to my account. He will then reverse it. Nice huh. Then ... I told him that a while ago a rep had told me I had been upgraded to gold. I never received a card so I thought it was just the benefits with the same card. Today, this rep told me that a new card would be out in the mail to me. I forgot about the 16.9 they said they would give me though. I'm at 19.9 right now.
