Hi, I wish you the BEST dealing w/these people because they are hopeless. I have dealt w/them in the past & they are very hard to make understand EXACTLY what you want.Also,make certain that you are sending your written correspondence by certified mail w/return receipt,& make certain that you get everything in writing(provide them copy of signature from previous deliveries which will show them that you are on "top" of your affairs.....it gets the RESPECT that you know how the game is played).
