I shouldn't be suprised, but they updated my one account which I only paid a third of and have NOT updated the one I paid to zero which accounts for about 1/3 of my debt! Grrrrrrr!!!! What, do I have to charge ten dollars for them to update? L
They sure do suck!!!! They decided not to charge me that late fee and said , after I quoted federal law, they applied my payment the next day even though it didn't go through until a day after the due date. I was prepared to pay and dump the card but they will stay for now. I am still in subprime land, I just have to make due for now...... You dump them whyspers!!! lol
