I disputed a charge-off from Providian on account it has the wrong DOLA with EQ. It is listed as 06/96 when in fact it should be 10/95(when it was charged off). Tu and EX have it correct. I just checked my CW and it came back updated as SOLD or TRANSFERED but with the same DOLA. My dilemma is..it still shows as being re-investagated so my FICO has not changed but the account is still listed as a derog. Should I question the result or let this mutt lie? Any feedback would be helpful. mark
