I was on PFB a few minutes ago and I came across some site references concerning class action suits against Providian. Here they are: www.lchb.com/providian and www.ci.sf.ca.us/da/prov.htm I sent an email to the law firm (first site) regarding my rate increase on my card. Maybe if everyone else who has had this done to them sends a message to this law firm, they might consider another class action suit against providian.
