Anybody got a direct mailing address for a credit dispute department at Providian? The closest I can find is a damn PO Box, as you see below. Providian P.O. Box 9077 Pleasanton, CA 94566
PROBABLY 99% OF BANKS DON'T DO DIRECT MAIL... They all use PO BOX # IF YOU ARE PAYING YOUR BILL BY FEDERAL EXPRESS...they will give you a street address... FEDERAL EXPRESS DOESN'T DO P.O. BOXES... P.S. They pick up the mail every day...MAYBE more than once...IT'S MONEY IN THE BANK!!! CALL THEM and ask for a DISPUTE street address...tell them you want to send it by FEDERAL EXPRESS for tracking reasons...
