What should I expect from them?? They just left me a msg atr home regarding my planetfeedback letter yesterday (complaint). Are they easy to deal with, do they give in?? Thanks!
I'm not sure of your situation, but I've had WONDERFUL dealings with them about my charged off acct. They pulled it from the CA and are working with me to make payments, even credited late and OL fees.

Ok, I called them back and here's what happened. I complained about two accounts yesterday via PFB, my Visa Gold and my GetSmart Visa Gold. The first rep that I called back said that she could only handle my Providian Visa, not the GetSmart. She said she could not lower my APR below the present 16.9% since that was the lowest they could go for my "product". She further stated that she could not grant my request for Platinum upgrade b/c it can be done by invitation only. I asked if it mattered that I have had the acct for 5 yrs with perfect pmt history and she said no, it wasn't a factor of how long the acct has been open. About an hour later, the GetSmrt rep called and agreed to grant my request to lower that APR from 18.9 variable to 16.9 fixed. Oh, well, I tried, at lease some progress, and they did respond to me in only one business day. Will keep trying! -NG
Well I PFB them 2 weeks ago concerning an account that they closed on me for 2 late payments. I recieved a letter in the mail today saying they could not reopen my account (I never asked then to do so) because I had 6 lates in one year. (untrue, it was only 2). This was before I had heard youir results, Chrisi. I intend to respond via snail mail to their exectuive offices and tell my story and throw a real wrench in their spokes as I have a VERY compelling story. I'll post again when I hear from them.
I just PF them as well..I have the regular gold card as well at 16.9% and a annual fee they just waived for this year. Talked to them like George does 5,000 @ 13.9% or $0.00 @ 16.9% and is in the freezer
They have equivalents of Mr. Miller and Mr. Cooke there too. Very professional and polite. Be sure to keep their name and number, they can get things done that regular customer service can't. direct
