Providian Gold MC (retention #)

    I just sent in an offer for the Providian MC. I want to call Retention to lower the APR (23.99) and get the annual fee ($59) waived before I send a letter thru PFB.
    Can I call this number: 1-800-215-7318 or do they have a separate Retention dept.?
