Providian has online access at www.providianonline.com I don't know if this is something new or not, but I was able to register my account and can set up bill pay.
RE: Providian Has Online Acces It's about time! I called last week & the representative stated they are working to have online access available as soon as possible. I never thought it would be this quick. The site looks good.
RE: Providian Has Online Acces I've just registerd my Providian account online. I must say that I am very impressed with the customer center. Actually, it is even better than Capital One's center. I was immediately able to view my balance, credit limit & available credit as well as all of my transactions up to today's date. If you do not agree with a charge on your account, you can submit a billing error form online. You can pay your bill online & e-mail customer service. This is the best online credit card customer center I have seen to date.
RE: Providian Has Online Acces I must agree, the site is easy to use and is very good with all of the info. The statements from Feb 2000 till now have been loaded for review. Very good site.
