Re: Re: Re: Re: Providian hates me!!! The one thing that really eats me up about Providian would be this. Providian will at times offer an increase to a credit limit for a charge of $x-$xx. Some people that receive this offer think, great I don't have to apply for another card for more credit and it is a sure thing. Or maybe other reasons fall into sucking into it. Many cardholders from what I have read paid for an increase to their credit limit. After a while some of them get the nasty IMPORTANT NOTICE OF CHANGES TO YOUR PROVIDIAN ACCOUNT AGREEMENT or simply this. Thank you for the money you paid us for the extra credit increase a while back. Your credit limit has now been reduced. That is just wrong!!! No excuse for that at all.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Providian hates me!!! You know J. Vick, I did that too. And they didn't charge me interest either. I was surprised because I know they don't like people who carry a zero balance every month. I was giving them something to nibble on and they didn't bite =)
