I have 1 30 day late on my CR'S it is from providian 17 months ago. How can I dispute it with them? The account is still open.
When I see this type of situation on a creditors report I ask my cient if it is true. If their answer is "no" or "i don't know>" I then tell them to call the card company and say " I just found that I have a 30 day late on my report. I don't remember this. I have been a loyal client for almost 2 years and this is the only bad thing on my report. Could you help me with this. If not ask to speak to a superviser and repeat this statement. It works more than not if this was the problem
