Called Today to ask for fee reversal for the $1000 increase they offered. Rep said they don't do this. I told her to take back the $1000. I don't need it and it's not like It won't be offered again. I know how to make them offer them. Make large purchases that I already have the cash for then pay it off. I'm glad these guys have helped me rebuild but come on do we have to write a letter to get real attention all the way around.
Did you call the regular number or their retention line? The retention folks did this for me last time.
I called the regular number. I told her to take the $1000 away. I wrote PB a quick note. It's be back by the end of the month.
