Can you apply for a Providian classic visa card on line? The only card I saw on the web-site was the Aria visa card. Is there a difference between the two? Which one is better?
Theres not much difference, and the Aria is easy to qualify for if you have at least one account open elsewhere you should get at least $500.00 credit
One major difference is that Aria cards (except for Persona) feature a 25 days grace period. Providian cards generally lack a grace period. A few people here were approved for a grace period on their Providian cards, but they had to "manually" request it. Providian wouldn't normally consider it unless you've had their card for a while.
