Anyone who has sent Providian a planet feedback letter, how long did it take for them to respond? Or are you still waiting?
I wrote a PFB and they wrote me back by snail mail three weeks later. I had asked for a APR reduction and line increase and they granted both. They did not contact me by phone or email. As a matter of fact, it took so long that I thought they were ignoring me!
