And the best feature? The name "Providian" does not appear on the front side of the card. The card is silver with a large "Visa Platitnum" at the top and a large "P" in the center. No "Providian" or no woman with a torch logo. Why do I care? I really do not like Providian too well and I am a little embarrassed to pull a Providian card out of my wallet. Trevor

I have the Visa Classic. It is silver, with a big P in the center of it. All the card says is Visa at the top.
when I had their "fake platinum looking" classic visa card it was a silver card with a silver logo of the torch bitch in the middle. Providian all over it - LOL aarrfff! dogman
When I first got the visa classic the P was a raised surface in the middle of the card. In the first year half the P flaked and chipped off.
