    Mark,

For the best results, fax your letter to the corporate office attention Mr. Joseph Saunders, CEO. The fax number is availble at PFB. I also posted it on another thread yesterday regarding Providian. I'd post it again but I'm in the office and don't have immediate access to it.

The fax should expadite your request. Good luck!

When I PF'd a couple of months ago they had a rep call me pretty quick, when they couldn't reach my hubby, she sent a letter asking him to call her. They didn't take long at all, but that was a couple of months ago....with them, who knows...

Ok I tried this, will see haw far it gets me. It is a goodwill letter, so it will probably end up in the trashcan.

I sent a letter earlier today PFB. I would imagine that it will take some time for a response since they are getting drowned with phone calls from pissed off customers regarding the rate hike. For which I am one!

Hope you get a quick response.
