Had the wife call Providian to do the following- Lower APR, she now has 16.99% (No push at all) Removal of annual fee- no go, she must call back within a month of her annual. (Pushed hard) Line increase- no go as she received a cl on 12/00 and 11/00. (soft push) Question- should I wait for my account to hit my first birthday before I ask for a APR reduction?
