I've found out an interesting fact about Providian. If you ask, they'll waive the annual fee, but this is a ONE TIME waiver, which means next year you'll have to ask again. This happened after I've found the annual fee posted to my account after I've negotiated it out about 10 days ago. The CSR said it's best to request the waiver earlier, at the beginning of december... Anyway, she promised a refund... I'm waiting to see if i get it by tomorrow as agreed... if not I'll tell them to stick their card where the sun don't shine... Strange though...
