Has anyone had success with Providian using Validation type letters. I can't seem to get anywhere with the CRA's they just keep "verifying" without any changes.
I've not had any problems getting rid of them yet. But then, as you are probably well aware, I don't go after credit bureaus until the creditor or collection agency agrees that no debt exists and requests the credit bureaus to remove the item from one's credit report.
