Hi there, I have a Question regarding my Providian Visa Acct.I know there was a settlement In the Sate of CA and the company had to pay back money because it harmed it's customers. Anybody know how I can defvend myself in the state of PA??? any help appriciated thanks in adv and regards Giovanni
the settlement was initiated by San Francisco DA Hallinan, and included the CA Atty General AND the FTC. there is a class action lawsuit against Providian- check out www.lchb.com for more info.
Thanks Pat, I have currently 10k's on the card and after long fights finally decreased the apr and other inr.rates..seems to me that I could get more..I only recvd a check for $47.10 as a result of harmed customer.. Please keep me informed if u know of any rights i have to dispute charges.. regards givanni
