Heh, Heh. Just got the results back on TransUnion for the dear wifey's credit report. Her Providian charge off was deleted from her credit file. Sent the dispute off via certified mail/return receipt. I did three disputes with this one. Two of them were verified by the CRA; Cap 1 and NCO(Sprint). Next is the validation to the NCO pukes and after Friday's payment of 30% of my Cap 1, I'll be PFB'ing on her behalf to Mr. Cooke to settle that. Maybe with the rumored problems with Providian is a good time to dispute them. I have to try this with EX and EQ before Providian goes under.
I disputed providian with all three and Trans Union was the only one who deleted. Let me know if the other two bureaus deleted yours.
