Also received a letter from Providian regarding my Visa account today. This tradeline was deleted from EQ and TU so I contacted Providian and received a courtesy letter let me know that reporting to the credit bureaus has been interrupted due to technical difficulties. They are working in conjunction with the credit bureaus to correct the problem and the tradeline should be reinstated within 30-45 days. They included a Verification of Account form where they putting the 1 x 30 from 7/99 in. I just canâ??t win. I could just give up. PS I have the name and number of someone at the executive offices at Providian who really calls you back and follows up if anyone needs it.
